Responsible for redesigning and leading the UX/UI design of the learner experience in Pluralsight. I work closely with product managers, UX designers, content designers, engineers and other teams to gather quantitative and qualitative user feedback through human centered design best practices.

These practices include: defining the problem, user narratives, customer interviews, journey maps, wire frames, design flows and prototyping to create a holistic user experience and best-in-class products.
